ABS School – Policies, Rules & Terms of Use

At ABS School, we are committed to maintaining a professional, high-quality learning environment in full alignment with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission’s regulations. These policies are in place to protect the integrity of our programs and ensure fairness and compliance for all students. By enrolling in any course, students acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the terms below.

Refund & Payment Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Tuition is non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another student or future course.
Students may receive school credit valid for 6 months only if:

Written notice is provided at least 3 business days before the class start date, and
No course materials or Zoom links have been accessed or delivered.

Once any access (Zoom links, login credentials, or course files) has been issued, no deferrals,
transfers, or schedule changes are allowed.

Course Access & Materials Policy

Students enrolled in Zoom or self-paced courses will have access to materials for 6 months from the date of purchase.
After 6 months, access will automatically expire with no extensions.
Students are strictly prohibited from:

Recording or screen-capturing Zoom sessions
Sharing Zoom links or login credentials
Distributing, reusing, or selling any proprietary course materials

Violations will result in immediate dismissal without refund and may be reported to licensing authorities.

Attendance & Scheduling

Students must attend at least 90% of the course to be eligible for the school exam.
One excused absence is allowed. Additional missed time must be made up at $10/hour.
In-person classes Students must arrive on time and may not leave early without approval.
Zoom Class Requirements:

Students must remain logged in for the entire session
Cameras are not required, but your full legal name must be displayed on Zoom at all times
Late logins, early logouts, or missing name display will result in no credit for that session

Exam & Certification Policy

The school final exam must be taken within 60 days of completing the course
A minimum score of 75% is required to pass
Students are allowed up to 3 attempts. After three failed attempts, the course must be retaken in full
Students have 1 year from registration to:

Pass the state licensing exam
Submit fingerprints
Affiliate with a licensed real estate brokerage

Cheating, impersonation, or misuse of exam access will result in immediate failure, expulsion, and may be reported to the Real Estate Commission.

At-Your-Own-Pace Courses (Third-Party Platform)

These courses are provided through an external platform not operated by ABS School.
Students must follow all terms, policies, timelines, and technical requirements of the third-party
provider.
ABS School is not responsible for:

Access issues or login problems
Missed deadlines or platform expirations
Refunds or extensions

All inquiries and support requests must be directed to the provider directly.

Conduct & Dismissal Policy

All students must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
Disruptive behavior, foul language, harassment, or disrespect toward instructors, classmates, or staff
will result in immediate dismissal without refund or school credit.
Unauthorized sharing of materials, exam access, or course credentials is a violation and may lead to:

Permanent dismissal
Reporting to the NJ Real Estate Commission

Additional Terms

Students must resolve any technical or schedule concerns prior to the class start date. No last-minute requests will be accommodated.
In-person students are expected to dress in business casual attire to reflect a professional learning environment.
Students with outstanding tuition, incomplete attendance, or unresolved policy violations will receive an Incomplete and be ineligible to sit for the final exam or receive certification.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal data secure.

We collect only the information necessary to register you, deliver your course, and comply with state requirements (e.g., name, email, attendance, payment details).
We do not sell your information.
Your data may be shared internally with instructors or required authorities and may also be used by

our affiliated real estate company to offer career-related services or mentorship.
You may opt out of non-essential communication by emailing absschoolinfo@gmail.com.
Course data is retained for at least 3 years for compliance purposes.

Final Acknowledgment

By registering for any ABS School course—whether in person, online, Zoom, or self-paced—you agree to all the policies outlined above. Failure to comply may result in dismissal, forfeiture of tuition, or reporting to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
