How do I register for the course

Visit www.absschoolofrealestate.com, click on “Classes,” and select your desired course. Once purchased, you’ll receive the Zoom link and study materials one day before class begins.

What types of course formats are available?

 • At-Your-Own-Pace Online Courses (third-party platform)

Each format has different policies — please review the course description carefully.

What’s included in the course material?

Each registration includes:
 • One digital study package 
 • Access to course slides 
 • Access to practice tests and quizzes
Materials expire after 6 months. Replacements will incur a fee.

Can I record Zoom classes or share the course materials?

Accepted Answer

No. Recording Zoom sessions, screen capturing, or sharing any proprietary school materials (digital or printed) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal with no refund.

Is my camera required for Zoom classes?

Accepted Answer

No, but your full legal name must be displayed at all times. You must stay logged in for the entire session to receive credit. Failure to follow Zoom protocols may result in loss of attendance hours.

When do I receive the Zoom link and course materials?

Accepted Answer

These are emailed the day before class begins for security reasons. Ensure your contact information is  accurate and check your spam folder.

How long will I have access to course materials?

Accepted Answer

You will have access for 6 months from the date of purchase. After that, materials expire and cannot be extended.

What if I’m taking a self-paced course?

Our At-Your-Own-Pace courses are hosted on a third-party platform. All support, tech issues, and refund requests must be handled directly with the provider. ABS School is not responsible for: 
 • Access errors or expiration 
 • Course completion issues 
 • Technical support or deadline extensions

What is your refund policy?

All tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
Course credit may be issued for up to one year under the following conditions: 
 • You notify us at least 3 business days before the class starts 
 • You have not accessed any materials or Zoom links

What if I want to switch class dates or class times?

One switch is allowed per student (either to another month or between day/evening classes). You must call the office at 908-272-2888 in advance.

What if I need to miss a class due to personal reasons?

Each student is allowed one excused absence. Additional absences must be made up at a cost of $10/hour.  Contact the school to schedule makeup hours.

When must I take the school exam?

Accepted Answer

You must take the school exam within 60 days of completing the course. Students have three attempts to pass (score of 75% required). After three failed attempts, you must retake the course in full.

How do I schedule my school exam?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to schedule the school exam. Once your credit hours are verified, you will receive a separate email with the exam link and instructions. You may take the exam at any time within 60 days of completing the course. Please make sure your contact information is accurate and check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the email.

What happens after I pass the school exam?

 • Your course completion certificate  
 • Fingerprinting instructions 
 • PSI registration access 
You must pass the state exam (70%+ score) within one year of completing the course.

What if I fail the state licensing exam?

Accepted Answer

You may retake the state exam as many times as needed (PSI charges apply), but you must pass and apply for your license within 1 year of finishing the course.

Do you help with finding a real estate job?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We work with a network of brokers and recommend interviewing with our affiliates. You may also be contacted by a partnering brokerage.

Is my personal information shared with third parties?

Accepted Answer

We do not sell student data. However, since we also operate a brokerage, your contact details may be used by affiliate partners for career opportunities.

Can I gift this course to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Be sure to register under their full name, phone number, date of birth, and address for enrollment accuracy.
